David started the Center City Listings Team in 2003. After growing up in Society Hill, attending William Penn Charter and Friends Select School, eventually settling in Bella Vista, David is a true Philadelphia native. He focuses on each of his clients and works hard to help them achieve their dreams – from a first-time home buyer to an empty nester to the investments and developments that can lead to financial independence. His free time is spent with his family, exploring the city, and going down the shore.
