This is a great 2nd floor front studio apartment on a convenient block in Cedar Park. Hardwood floors and large windows provide plenty of natural light. Decorative fireplace with mirrored mantel. Also has onsite basement... laundry. It's between the 13 and 11 trolley lines that will take you right into Center City in about 15 minutes. It's just a short walk to all that Baltimore Ave has to offer. Tenant pays for gas (heat and hot water) and electric. Cats are fine, but we do not allow dogs. First and Security (TWO month's rent = $1850) is needed to move in. In order to qualify, you should make around three times the monthly rent ($2,775), credit score should be at least 700 and good rental history/reference with NO EVICTIONS. Thanks!
