We're looking for third and fourth housemate. Currently, we are a mix of graduate students and working professionals. As a group, we are kind, courteous, and respectful. We respect each other’s space, as we all have pretty busy schedules. We value... cleanliness and respect for the house. It’s a 3-story house with attic walking distance to Upenn and USP or a trolley ride that runs on Chester Ave. The house has hardwood floors, fully equipped kitchen that includes 2 refrigerators, garbage disposal and dishwasher. A Large dining and living quarters with a flat screen TV and cable. Wi-Fi. All bedrooms are furnished with bed, dresser, nightstand, mini refrigerator, cable, flat screen TV, computer desk/chair, lounging chair, closet, dresser and area rugs. There’s a washer/dryer in the basement, free of charge. All you need is your clothers. Tell me a little about yourself, ask any questions and set up a time to see the house.
