After seeing this apartment, it looks nice but read the reviews. After touring, The closet in the bedroom is super small and couldn’t hold more than 5 hangers. I haven’t even leased with this company and the management have been unprofessional. I would not recommend applying or renting here. Save your money

- No storage space in apartments, other than a tiny coat closet and small bedroom closet (maybe 3 feet of horizontal storage space, COMBINED)
- People are getting their bicycles stolen from the "secure" bike storage room only accessible to residents.
- Residents are given a keycard to access the building and a physical key for their apartment door. There is a keypad on one of the front doors (which houses the card reader), but it seems that only staff get a personalized entrance code. Other... apartment buildings not only give you your own code, but also have mobile apps to view the front door camera (and communicate), set up personalized pins, and buzz people in. Seriously – GET WITH THE TIMES OCF.
- Only has 3 security cameras in the entire building, all are at the entrance/first floor hallway. No cameras in the mail room or bike storage room.
- Rampant package theft by other residents
- Elevator constantly breaks down
- Some exterior doors won't open sometimes
- Building seems to run hot ambiently, driving up cooling cost. Cheapens heating in winter though.
- Management utterly unresponsive to maintenance requests, taking months to assign work orders to contractors.
- The internet (coaxial and fiber (if you choose to go with Fios)) are in the bedroom closet. Terrible for reception/speed, and if you want to hardwire your sensitive electronics you best bet you'll need a 40 foot ethernet cable to go from the closet to the living room.
- No coaxial connection at the TV, hope you don't want cable.
- Every room comes pre-configured with an Xfinity router, powered on even if no one lives there. Sure it's convenient, but it makes other residents' wifi slower by gobbling up airspace if that apartment isn't leased.
- No building wifi, so the second you leave your apartment everything loads super slowly.
- Fridges are placed in a way that they will bang the wall when opened, will cause damage over time.
- SMALL water heater, don't expect more than 10 minutes of hot water.
- Washer and drier are very basic and noisy. Drier takes forever to dry.
- No outlets near the door or in the main apartment hallway.
- Main hallway floors creak badly
- The shower walls are a slate-like material, so anything with suction cups is out of the question.
- Rooftop terrace is small to make room for all of the AC units for every apartment.
- You're not allowed to have a grill on the terrace, nor is there one provided. They actually SIEZE any grills they find.

I’ve lived here for about six-seven months and I do not intend renew my lease. If you want to live comfortably I would not suggest this place. I’ve had multiple packages stolen throughout my time here, you cannot order anything without the thought someone is going steal it. Cars are broken into almost weekly, even if your car is parked in the lot. Even some of the gym equipment provided was stolen. They just recently installed cameras in the building but it took them a very long time to do so.... The apartment itself is decent but definitely overpriced for the area and what you have to deal with. There is a homeless woman who wanders the area and is a menace so if you plan on living here you need to be aware of her. My experience with management hasn’t been too bad overall but they definitely could do better when it comes to helping the tenants. Overall, I would not recommend living here if you have other options.

Packages get stolen , left outside because the delivery company's weren't given codes by management.

Management takes forever to fix maintenance issues .
There is also a serious bug problem

Have had a bed and four other packages stolen from the package room this month. Can't shop online without worrying about it getting stolen. There are no security cameras in the building. Maintainance is also very slow and unresponsive. The apartment itself is not bad but the management is
