The facility was excellent when we first moved.
However, services (such as the concierge and mail room management) have been slow cut back.
However, the maintenance team is great!

Everything is great except the tight parking, and package system which allows for theft, misplacement of packages and confusion. The tight spots for larger vehicles is difficult as well but the apartments are fresh and awesome layouts

I love the view from my unit, the peace and quiet atmosphere and the amenities are well maintained. The units could use upgrades on bathroom fixtures etc but all and all pretty good.

Love it here. Super clean, quiet, and modern place to live at. Everything looks new and very well taken care of. The only con I would say is the very little space for guest parking. Other then that 335 Bala is awesome!
