I would like to rate zero star if It can. When I moved out, they said the carpet should be replaced (it is only a little bit dirty and just need a deep clean) due to the so-called “bad condition”, and refused to give our deposit back. They charged us over $3000, for all the cleaning fees and replacement fees which we could not accept.
