My move-in experience was okay. I didn’t receive a welcome packet with building information until I specifically asked for it, and I wasn’t informed that I needed to purchase a filter for the refrigerator. I was told to submit a work order.
On the positive side, the maintenance team was amazing—they took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the water system and how my lock works. They were incredibly helpful and professional.
I do wish the front desk staff had been a bit more... welcoming and provided clearer guidance during move-in. That said, my initial communication with the team over email was excellent, and they were very helpful leading up to my arrival.

The facilities are great but the noise outside at late night can be annoying. It would be better if maintainace service or cleaning service can be more quick-reponse.

The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff are always friendly and quick to respond to requests, which makes living here comfortable. The location is convenient with shops and transport nearby, though it can get a bit noisy at night. Overall, a great place to live, just a few small improvements would make it perfect.
