I think my only complaint for the most part about living here is the frequency of which we'll have false emergencies or tests for our alarms. It's very inconvenient and inconsistent, especially when trying to get work done, but besides that overall I've enjoyed my time living here and I think it's a solid value.

By far the best value studio apartment near Temple. Great location, modern amenities, and I get to live alone. I also love that everything is included.

So far I love my experience. I love how cozy my room is. I love how welcoming the staff is and eager they are to help us everytime. I did have some issues with roaches but I hope the management finally works on it as soon as they can.

Nice place to live! The staff is always welcoming and helpful, and the complex is neat, clean, and well maintained. Clean, quiet, and well-maintained complex.
