Everyone gets along with each other. It is safe and has easy access to getting to the main campus. Great views of the city and Temple. Overall a fun place to stay.

Staff here are great and the repairs are always on time and quick. The locker security and regular security are a nice protection. For the price, Avery is an amazing place to live

Great apartment. It has a reasonable price and decent amenities. Security guards and leasing office members are also quite friendly and willing to helo.
