I’ve lived here for almost five years, and it’s been disappointing to see how much things have declined — especially recently.
Many positive reviews seem to come from new residents encouraged to post shortly after moving in. That initial experience does not reflect long-term reality.
The biggest ongoing issue has been heat and hot water. This winter, I went nearly a full week without both during below-freezing temperatures. While the heat was technically “fixed,” there is still no way to... control the temperature in my unit. I had to buy my own thermometer, and it is currently 81 degrees inside — with the window open — in the middle of winter. This is the second winter in a row with serious heating issues. There is no meaningful follow-up or accountability. Why should I have to choose between extreme heat and extreme cold at a place where I’ve paid well over $100,000 in five years?
I’ve also submitted multiple maintenance tickets that were closed without resolution or communication. Management refuses to issue credits for time without basic utilities because they “communicated” about potential issues.
There are ongoing safety concerns, including a large pothole and a downed streetlight in the parking lot that have gone unaddressed for weeks.
Amenities are frustrating. There’s no meaningful recycling (just one shared bin), yet the complex advertises a pet spa and poolside yoga room I’ve never seen used. When I asked about recycling or additional security, I was told those things are “not required.” Apparently fixing a major pothole and streetlight isn’t either.
Parking increased from $15 to $50 per month based on “market value,” even though the lot is rarely full. Meanwhile, cars have been broken into with little communication or visible action.
Over the years, rent has increased significantly while quality of living has worsened. I also had to resolve an issue where management gave me the wrong email for renters insurance, causing unnecessary charges and time spent correcting their mistake.
I stayed because I value stability. But between recurring utility failures, lack of temperature control, poor communication, unresolved safety concerns, and rising costs, I cannot recommend this property to anyone seeking a reliable long-term home.

Living here 2+ years it's been a mixed bag. Pros: Neighborhood is great, walking distance to everything (groceries, post office, UPS, laundry, restaurants), package room, pet friendly, onsite gym, pool. Cons: Some amenities don't work (fire pits and bbqs), W&D on the floors (in my building) haven't worked properly since my move in. The rent increases are ridiculous! Beware, I had one year a 9.5% increase. Not everyone gets that amount and management gives non answer when you ask. After my promo... year of a 15 month lease, there's no consistency after your renewal. You get 11, 12 or 13 mons. Auto renewal, if you don't respond to deadline you're auto renew and the fees to end lease is also 4x your rental.

Charla made my first apartment search an easy process. Charla was very attentive, great customer service, great time management, positive attitude, and great communication skills. Charla responded to emails in timely manner and assisted me with all my needs.
Thank you.

I’m honestly so happy I made the move here! The location was the main reason I chose this place—it’s seriously perfect. Everything I need is right nearby—it makes life so much easier!
But what really blew me away was the management team. From day one, the leasing team has been incredible. They were super friendly, always available to answer my questions, and made the whole moving process feel like a breeze. It’s rare to find such a supportive and down-to-earth team, and I really appreciate how... much they genuinely care.
And my apartment? I’m in love with it! It’s the perfect size, super cozy, and the layout works so well for me. The whole place feels like home. Plus, the community itself is so quiet and well-kept—it really feels like a great place to live.
I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to move here. If you’re looking for a place with a great location, amazing management, and a real sense of community, this is it. I totally recommend it!
