I do like living here, I sold my house and I'm staying in a furnished unit while we close on the new house. It looks like everything is working out! Been here about a month so happy this place was here!

I've been living here for a few months and have had a great experience! The location is unbeatable with close walking distance to local restaurants and public transit. The rent is very affordable compared to others in the area, especially for the amenities that are included. I highly recommend to anyone looking in the Fishtown area!

Been living at Copper Flats since they opened back in October. Great building, quiet neighborhood with tons to do in walking distance! The building is also solar panel run so cheap utilities!
