We love it here! The best place to live in the city. The team at Edgewater is awesome, they truly care about their residents. I would recommend this building to anyone.

I've had a great experience living at Edgewater. The staff are incredibly friendly, always helpful, and quick to address any concerns. The building is well-maintained, and it’s clear they take cleanliness seriously. I always feel safe here, as the security measures are solid and give me peace of mind. The amenities are well-kept, and I appreciate the quiet, relaxed atmosphere throughout the complex. It's a comfortable, welcoming place to live, and I would recommend Edgewater to anyone looking... for a clean, secure, and well-managed apartment.

I’ve very much been enjoying the various events every month and have been utilizing the amenities often. The gyms in both buildings are fantastic and I love my time at the pool. If you’re a coffee drinker the machine in the lobby is really great and I love how we can get 30 free cups a month. I prefer the hot chocolate because I don’t drink coffee much and it’s delicious
