Lovely and spacious 5b home in East Falls!

Hi! I'm currently a student at Thomas Jefferson University, and I'm looking for someone to sublet my room from May through August while I'm away for an internship.

The house is located in East Falls and is in an unbeatable spot:
• Just a 1-minute... walk to the East Falls train station for an easy commute into the city.
• Perfect location right by the Schuylkill River Trail (I've spent so much time biking/commuting/running!).
• It's a beautiful 5-bedroom, 2-kitchen house. You'll be living with 4 lovely girls (all 21-22). It's a great group, and since many will be working or out and about during the summer, it's usually a bit quieter around the house.
• The bedroom is very spacious with great closet space!

Price: $650/month (plus utilities, which only average about $60/month during the summer).
