1- The wall sound isolation is the worst, I couldn’t even sleep until I got an earplugs, and the person next door can hear everything you so even like normal walking, chilling, or even speaking with your partner quietly! It’s just like the person next door is in the same room as you and absolutely you do hear the same from them. The worst thing could happen for your is when your neighbor is watching Netflix late at night you can hear them clearly. And even if somebody is walking in the hallway... you hear him. I found this is the worst because it kinda breaches my privacy and do for others.
2- The smell isolation is BAD too. You can smell everything on the floor as if the person almost cooking in your apartment.
3- I received the apartment dirty with paint drops on the flooring
4- the bed room w/ one bedroom apartment CANNOT even fit queen size mattress!!!!!! And if you do so that means you cant open the washing machine door
5- The refrigerator is leaking some water as they claimed the apartment is new.
6- The AC took ages to warm up the place + its loud noise like you turn on a generator inside your apartment! Read More
