I am seeking a professional or graduate student roommate to share a vegetarian/vegan-friendly and alcohol-free home. I have a renovated historic house on a quiet street in University City, only one block from the University of Pennsylvania campus... .

The house's third floor has a stunning, furnished sunny bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom with a customized shower. The rooms have beautiful hardwood floors, a bed, a desk, a built-in closet, closets, under-bed storage drawers, and bookcases/cubes.

The second floor has a reasonably sizeable sunny bedroom with a twin-size bed, dresser, chest, and closet. The bathroom is across from the room.

The house's common areas include a living room, a kitchen equipped with a gas stove and dishwasher, a dining area, a half bathroom, and a backyard garden.

The property is conveniently located only one block from the 40th Street Station, Septa buses, LUCY routes, and the free Penn transit. Most importantly, it is near the Penn Police Station. Drexel University is also easily accessible on foot.

If wanted a shorter term, pricing can increase $100-$400 per month. An additional person sharing a room will cost an extra $300.
