QUEEN size bed, walk-in closet, ROKU tv with... remote, CENTRAL HEAT/AC with 16' ceiling WITH ACCESS TO KITCHEN AND BATH. Third Bedroom used as a QUIET room/ home office. I am fully remote now and who work from wherever. Neat & Clean. Responsible, quiet ,sometimes sociable, no dietary restrictions. Great sense of humor! Non-smoker, not a partier and home most evenings. Gym ,yoga ,health conscientious. I usually go out if I'm seeing people, so I don't bring the party home. FULLY VACCINATED( Pfizer Covid Study) since August 2020 and covid conscious. Boosted Oct 2021/June 2022/Sept 2022

The Good Stuff -Point Breeze is a dreamland.. for real though. SAFE! Walk score of 91 with transit score of 75. this row home is sandwiched between the SEPTA 17 bus that brings you from downtown Philly to PB up 19th street and the SEPTA bus 17 that takes you to downtown South Philly on 20th street. American Sardine Bar one block away. Yoga at the end of the block.

3BR/ 1.5BA 2 story traditional row home. Laminated hardwoods through out the place with freshly painted walls. Lots of windows for great NATURAL sunlight. Large shared bathroom upstairs ( half bath downstairs), kitchen.( dishwasher, brand new range, microwave, granite counter tops, refrigerator ), Laundry room just off the kitchen with washer/dryer , cabinet storage and counter space to fold/iron clothes. Cement fenced in back patio that is in the process of being redone for more usable space. All the comforts one could ever need..

The place has old Philly charm, simplistic, and is well-maintained. I'm enjoying going to many of the local new businesses [ INSATIABLE, American Sardine Bar, Chicks,Sidecar Bar &Grill , Dock Street Brewery South] Point Breeze is just exploding with new, restaurants, coffee shops and ORGANIC food stores. The neighborhood is fresh, filled with young professionals and generally chill--though this is a city.

You: MATURE ,COVID CONSCIOUS, quiet, self aware, responsible, a MINIMALIST, NEAT, clean, courteous in nature, good hygiene and isn't afraid to buy kitchen garbage bags. Focused on your craft./job/studies ! You're past the string of one night stands stage and don't bring the party home. No pets!No smoking! No drugs! No couples! No Moochers! Would like someone who is friendly, but NOT needy.
