I moved from the Adelphia house a couple blocks away and couldn’t be happier. My apartment is brand new and I love how much light it gets. I’m very happy with the amenities (a gym, a community room, and a small co-working space) and pleasantly surprised by how much safer and quieter a two block difference can make. Would recommend !!

the staff was very welcoming and accommodating over the phone and for the tour. apartments were cute and the high ceilings made them feel bigger than other apartments i toured. the building is unrecognizable from when it was dorms for Uarts. lot of nostalgia from when i lived there, i always loved how close it was to center city. glad to see Jays is still there :)

The units are newly renovated with beautiful kitchens, the rent is super affordable, and nothing beats this location -- really close to Broad St. but in its own residential area
