A bit lax in getting things done Some of a serious nature. It seems as though staff at times gets annoyed when you have an issue that may be of a concern to the resident, but maybe not to staff. It is what it is, I guess

The Clark has wonderful amenities, friendly staff, and amazing security! The apartments are clean, in good condition, and have new appliances.
