I love that there’s a bunch of amenities and someone always working the door. It makes my experience more convenient and safe. I also enjoy the engagement that Avery Philly conveys with the events.

overall living here has been a good experience. my only complaints are regarding bug problems which is something I've had in other places in Philadelphia.

I have been living here for 1.5 years at the time of writing this review. Staff are very nice and maintenance requests happen quickly. Great amenities and utility inclusion. Only downside is amount of apartment space in relation to cost.

This building has a very friendly and helpful staff. Had some issues at first but overall my experience is good so far. I love the new gym/ yoga area
