My experience has been Great so far just moved in but everything has been Great so far...The staff has been very helpful, the ground stay clean nothing had been difficult for me being a new resident....

The avery is such a lovely community with amazing amenities, design, security, etc. Everyone there is so friendly and it seems like such an amazing place to live!

It's been great so far. Hanna and Jude were very helpful, and I feel like they made my decision much easier. I will be moving in for the 2026-27 year. Cannot wait!

I’ve had a great time being here and I think there is a lot to see in the area. It also helps living here because campus is right here and the septa is right outside.

Have an infestation problem heavy, I wish the rooms were bigger. They do a lot for their residents which is amazing. The staff can definitely be welcoming sometimes
