While it is going to be a beautiful complex, please be aware that they are in phases of development but working as diligently as possible. The Apartment Complex will have amenities in the near future: coffee shop, communal area, courtyard, fitness room, and a small take out food vendor within the lobby area. I... am hoping my daughter will experience this prior to graduation in 2024!
The management (Rock Urban Development) has been wonderful to work with, they are extremely attentive to your needs and address concerns proactively! An example of this pertains to the covered parking garage...albeit assigned and extra per month...but PERSONALLY attended by the night watchman, James! He is a wonderful asset to the complex!!
Overall at this phase, I would rate the The Elm at 4 stars, BECAUSE development started at the height of COVID-19 and logistics more than likely contributed to their progression of construction...IT WILL MOST CERTAINLY BE A SOUGHT AFTER COMPLEX ONCE COMPLETED...DO NOT HESITATE TO INQUIRE or you will most likely to end up on a waiting list!!! 5 STAR POTENTIAL IMHO!!!!
