It’s truly an amazing place to live. The community is well maintained, the atmosphere is welcoming, and overall it has been a positive experience. However, the rent increases significantly year after year, which makes it difficult to sustain long-term. While I understand that adjustments happen, the consistent and substantial increases create financial strain and make it challenging to feel secure about staying long term. I genuinely enjoy living here, but the rising costs are a major concern.
