I’ve lived here since 2015 and truly love this community. The onsite staff — Romelis, Vicky, Ricardo, and Cesar — are amazing. They’re always willing to help and consistently go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care really make a difference. I’m grateful for everything they do!

I have lived at West River Apts since 2012 and I absolutely love Romelis! She really does go above and beyond to help residents. Anytime I have an issue she is quick to respond and address our concerns. By far the best service I've received since I've been here.

I recently toured West River Apartments and had an excellent experience! The property was nice and tidy, the units were spacious with a lot of storage space and the amenities were more than expected. Romelis, the Property Manager, was so informative—she walked me through the entire leasing process and gave me a great sense of the area. She even recommended some local spots to check out, which was a nice personal touch. Plus, we got to meet the maintenance team, and they were just as friendly and... welcoming as Romelis. It really felt like a great community. Overall, I’m excited about the possibility of making West River Apartments my new home!

Just recently moved from new york and Romelis (property manager) made the entire process as easy and seamless as possible. Any issues I had with the apartment, were minor and addressed in timely manner. So far, no issues with the property itself and any events involving the property are always communicated through email or tenant notifications within the building. All in all, its been an awesome experience and I appreciate everyone's work in making this my new home!

We have lived here for 9 months and love it! They do a great job maintaining the building and any problems are fixed quickly. Having lived in other apartments in the area, I can say that the upkeep of the building and overall experience is 10/10.
