I have lived at Maybrook for six years and have been very happy. I enjoy the amenities, especially the swimming pool and club room. The maintenance crew are great, and the grounds crew do a beautiful job.

Lovely building and grounds. Wonderful amenities. Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Maintenance of building, grounds and apartments are good.
Building structure is not well insulated and common building noises are heard and disruptive, i.e., stomping from upstairs is relentless or running dishwasher late at night. The building security is lacking and issues with broken entry to building doors are not resolved quickly.

Maybrook is a wonderful place to live. While no communal living residence is perfect, MAYBROOK has many attributes that make it a great place to call home!

Love the community, however so many services are not in working order. The entrance doors in lower building are wide open causing security issues.
