This Rittenhouse Savoy apartment features hardwood floors, a parquet... kitchen with large refrigerator and garbage disposal, and three closets. Additional storage available in basement area. Laundry room is open 24 hours. Our roof deck has expansive views of the city.
Rent is $ 1,495 per month, which is significantly less expensive than studios in other buildings around the Square that don't even have a view of the park.
Ideal for graduate students who need a quiet and secure home. Front desk personnel provide your 24-hour security. Landlord lives in the building and is always available for assistance. He will allow you to speak to past occupants of this unit who will speak of his excellent cooperation with tenants' requests. Most have been graduate students attending medical school.
This unit happens to be situated right between two long-time apartment owners who are quiet and considerate. Your apartment wall is sound-proofed.
Tenants who can begin their lease by June 1st or even June 15th will be given a break in their monthly rent.
